Refunds

RETURN POLICY:

If you wish to exchange an product or refund, you will need first return the product.
All returned products must be in perfect condition.
We are unable to accept returns on items that are scratched, damaged.
I do not accept returns of products with initials or name.
All non personalised items can be returned within 7 working days after receipt.
Buyer pays all shipping charges when returning or exchanging the product.
Please allow 10 working days on refund monay after return unused and undamaged products.
